I’m no professional hair stylist so I can’t compare these sheers to what they use BUT I have used Goody brand from Walmart and these are WAY better. It came with a razor comb thing that I used to trim my own bangs, it worked excellent. I trimmed my 5 yo hair with the sheers and it’s honestly the best hair cut she’s had. **pat myself on the back** That was a few month ago and it still looks great. I’m very happy with this product. This is convenient to have on hand and a great investment. I have three daughters so I know I will get a lot of use out of this product for years to come.

This set is actually quite a good quality. It comes with everything you could need for hair cutting. The cutting shears are perfectly sharp and work very well. The thinning shears are also very good quality, sharp and remove a appropriate amount of hair per snip. Overall, for such a reasonable price this hair cutting set is definitely a great addition.

Speaking as a non-professional, I think this kit is pretty decent and works well for the occasional home haircut. The shears are not the sharpest but will still do a good enough job. The thinning shears and razor are nice to have if you know how to use them. I'm growing my hair out from a pixie and I use these to trim and shape my cut so I don't have to go to the salon every 4 weeks.

Mine came with two pairs of thinning shears. Useless right now. I had to order the regular scissors separate. Also I didn't have most of the accessories. Just the stupid robe, binder, a comb, and two thinning shears.
