That it is all in the name. It's a terrific moisturizer. I use it on my face and body. And when I use it on my body I note that it helps to help relieve the redness, dryness & irritation that is related to certain skin conditions ( that aren't open or draining ). This is my go to cream.

This lotion will give you instant relief from dryness. My hands crack and bleed every winter. This lotion has been such a blessing. It’s the only lotion I’ve ever used to instantly moisturize my skin and the only one that doesn’t burn when you put it on cracked skin. I can’t recommend this lotion enough. It’s a creamy texture, absorbs fast, isn’t greasy and doesn’t have a strong smell. Seriously works so well!

I received the product after a month. However this product's quality is very good. Earlier I ordered this product from a different seller. Their product was containing eucalyptus extract, which was causing irritation but this time benediction sent the product containing eucalyptus oil, which is not irritating. Why they are adding eucalyptus extracts?? They should only sell those which are having eucalyptus oil as an ingredient.

I have bone-dry, sensitive skin. Acne-prone and ingrown hairs on my face due to shaving excess hair. And to top it off, rosacea. This was the very first moisturizer recommended to me when I went to Ulta. Since then, I have tried so many drug store moisturizers that say they're for sensitive skin to save money. Even though many of them are amazing--strongly recommend CeraVe or Cetaphil for those with decent skin--they stung my face due to my rosacea. Their effects also did not last as long. First Aid Beauty is the BEST moisturizer, outside of the dermatologist prescribed meds (which treat the skin best but honestly do not moisturize as well) that I recommend for truly sensitive skin. Unless it exfoliates or treats acne, skincare should not sting. First Aid Beauty does not sting, it does not irritate my skin or cause any redness/rosacea flares, and it hydrates my skin for days at a time. The creams are pricey, but they're no longer a daily application due to the lasting effects--I use it perhaps 3x weekly, and I get my money's worth from just one jar of the stuff. It is a miracle worker! I am careful not to apply it every night, or more than once. Too much exposure can cause skin irritation, but the right routine is perfection. I recommend trying it out and seeing what is best for your skin. ***For in-between/nightly care, I recommend Eucerin Redness Relief Night Cream (or Day Cream). It provides some mild hydration to the skin. It did not so much reduce redness as it did prevent the redness of products that were just previously applied/prevent skin irritation.
