Hi is this soap good for infants

Yes but it does burn the eyes so we only used neck below. My son’s pediatric dermatologist recommended and we have been using for 2.5 years now for him and for myself to prevent eczema flares. Works great.

Do any of the ingredients qualify as sulfates?

Nowhere is sulphates mentioned on ingredients. Also says (in Italian NOT tested on animals) states ALL NATURAL.
