This is a very high-quality sprayer, clearly designed for commercial use. Although I haven't used it more than a few times, the construction seems to me able to withstand daily use overextended periods. The seals are also easily replaced, which means maintenance would be no problem. I want to be clear, this is not a $15 or $20 garden sprayer. This is a sprayer designed for everyday use in commercial applications. This particular sprayer says it's for use with concrete chemicals. However it says it can be used with any water-based chemicals, and so I see no reason why you couldn't use it with things not designed for concrete as long as they were water-based. Chemicals with other bases are likely to damage the seals and hoses and would probably void the warranty as well as just being a bad idea. The spray pattern is easily adjusted, the hoses long enough, and it's easy to use and clean. When you let go of the handle, the shut off is positive and instant. If you have the need for a really high-quality sprayer, this will do the job. The only negative seems to be the instruction manual, which is not specific to this model, and doesn't provide a lot of information about what you can spray with this product.

I have no idea how the sprayer performs because I have been waiting 5 weeks for replacement of a defective original part. Many calls to incompetant parts department. Now too late to return item.

This sprayer went together very quickly and easily. The instructions were very clear and precise and the parts were easily identifiable. My husband looks forward to using this sprayer this spring and summer for spraying around our home for insects. He might also use it to spray to clean various things outside.

I am a home owner and DIYer. I like taking care of my house as much as I am able, and hire people for the things I can't do. I have found this product very useful. I used a waterbased sealer on my back deck after cleaning it with a power washer, and I was impressed with the ease of use this product provided. I read the instructions, filled the container with the water based sealer and sprayed away. It was much easier than using a brush, and much quicker. I cleaned everything outside with the water house. As long as you don't use product that is not water based or product that is too thick you should have no trouble. As with all tools, take care of it and it will take care of you!

Five stars just for the quality of this product! 10 stars if I could! I realize it's intended use is for commercial projects, BUT we live in an area with lots of different spiders, scorpions, ants and many other little creatures we choose not to share our home with or endanger our cats and us. We go through a sprayer a year it seems and we use an expensive, natural, non-toxic to humans and animals, liquid that we buy from a local bug/weed mart. It needs to be mixed with water and the cheap throw away sprayers we have been using clog up in no time, no matter how clean we keep the nozzle, etc. there is NOTHING worse when using a sprayer to kill bugs than to grab it and it doesn't work and you are watching a horde of ants pass by heading for the patio door.This sprayer is perfect for what we have been needing. The quality, compared to what we have been using, is top notch. Everything about it is quality and no dripping, no leaking whatsoever. It's just a pleasure to use! We have it sitting at the patio door, out of the direct sun, ready to use when needed.If it works this well for residential use, I can only imagine how good it must be for commercial use!

This is a commercial grade sprayer designed for spraying chemicals and concrete sealer but you can also use it for basic Lawn and Garden chemicals as well. Personally I prefer these types of sprayer to the cheap ones you see at Wally World. The wand and valve is all brass construction and will out last me probably. The wide base is more stable and I love the cup at the base that holds the tip of the wand when stored. This way you will not drip chemicals as you transport it. This is a 3 gallon sprayer so it is best used for larger jobs, such as spraying weed killer over a large lawn. With this one, you will not have to refill even once. Now I do advise people to use multiple sprayers, one for weed killers, one for Round-Up and one for fungicides.This way you don't have to worry about accidentally killing you yard due to residue from the last chemical you sprayed.It also comes with a couple wide spray tips, but I prefer the regular tip, it can go from a wide mist to a steady stream in just a few twists. The pump is easy to use and requires fewer pumps to get to pressure. A great feature for a 3 gallon sprayer. The shoulder strap could be a little longer, as heavy as this sprayer is when full, a strap is very handy.

This is an all purpose sprayer. Although it's for commercial concrete applications, I use it for my huge acre lot here in the Tucson foothills. I have a once or twice a year spraying job. For several years I used a cheap one gallon sprayer which needed a refill every ten minutes and constant pumping. This is a three gallon spray unit of much better quality that feels like a much better machine than I had before. I now fill up only once to do what I need, mostly weed killer. We have stubborn weeds here, tough, that take a good soak to kill; this unit does it and does it well. It is so much better than the Walmart cheapie. I am positive it works with concrete, as stated. I bet there are more that can use it for heavy positive weed control than concrete. It is a very iseful professional tool.

Leaks, and when you let go of the sprayer wand, it will leak out the tip. Very unhappy with it.
