Ok, first off, it is HUGE!!! Like roasting 3 full chickens and all the fixings at one time huge. I love it!!!! It gets hot & stays hot. No up & down. Top fits well, so the contents don’t dry out more than they should. It’s easy to clean up, just don’t forget to spray the roasting pan with non-stick. This is a good roaster that does everything it should. Very hoot with the purchase. We’ve roasted chickens, a huge turkey breast, tons of vegetables, and made broth out of bones in it by leaving them on low to develop the flavors. It holds steady temp, so it’s perfect. Yes, the outside gets hot, it’s kind of impossible to keep it cool without making it much larger & more expensive.

Great quality warmer at a reasonable price! Super easy to clean and store. Being that my household only has a cook top, air fryer, instant pot and crock, cooking for holidays can be a challenge when attempting to keep everything warm while waiting for guest to arrive. With the purchase of this warmer, I was able to keep all sides HOT and READY to serve.

I have only tested, not fully used, so I can't give 5 stars yet but I love the safety button on the underside and that it's grounded when others do not have that feature on their cord. I can't wait to use these for Christmas dinner to keep everything hot/warm as other items go in and out of the oven.

I’m actually amazed at how well the Roaster cooks. My gas range with its double oven has never once baked anything correctly. Enter the new HomeCraft Nostalgia Electric Roaster Oven….. drum roll please….. I’ve successfully baked dinner rolls, muffins, AND a turkey breast!! Everything is cooked at the exact recipe temperature for the exact time, AND THE FOOD IS PERFECT! I simply place whatever baking container I need on the grate inside and set a timer. Yeah, it has a simple design without a built in timer. I don’t care, because it cooks reliably. After 4 years with an untrustworthy oven, I’m deliriously happy. The Roaster sets on top of my microwave, and I move it to the kitchen table when I’m using it so it’s easy to get inside. The Roaster is light enough I can easily move it. From a safety perspective, I use silicon gloves so I don’t burn myself.
