The good: Great taste, very mild, almost sweet. I love that the product is in a glass bottle with a glass dropper, that's huge for me as an environmentalist and someone who is health conscious. Organic is another plus and you can't beat the price for what you get. Full of nutrients and vitamins. I've been taking this supplement for a week and also trying it out on my face. I felt my skin firm up and the product soothed my acne. The cons: I felt like I went through a detox the first two days with taking Irish Moss and I do know that it is somewhat of a laxative as it eases the muscus membranes throughout your body. So my stomach was a bit knotted the first two days, but it's also a pro because I feel so much better. I forgot to refrigerate it, but nothing bad happened to me. But be sure to read the label! Overall it's a great product!

I ordered this product after researching several brands and seeing good reviews. Product arrived on time, well sealed, had a lid that you exchange for a dropper lid, which was also included. I was worried about taste, but this honestly doesn't taste bad. Sweet with a slightly weird aftertaste but nothing too bad. I don't know if it's placebo effect or not, but after three days of using internally & externally, I've noticed a significant difference in my energy level and skin. I've had acne that I haven't been able to get rid of despite trying every recommended product I've come across. 3 days in and my skin is clearer, smoother and brighter. I'm excited to see if this continues and I will update my review to reflect.

I decided to purchase this product after realizing I'd never go through the processing of traditional sea moss and I explored other options. It is important to me to remain as natural & organic as possible and this fit that for me. I definitely prefer the ease of use with this product, 3 droperfuls 2x/day and done. I'm taking it for all the mineral benefits and the resulting immune & weight loss support and muscle & energy recovery help being top of my list. The taste was surprisingly sweet and quite mild overall. I was expecting more of an "ocean" flavor but happily didn't find it. I gave 4 stars as I've only taken it 3 days so far and is too premature to notice any direct results, but this is just part of other changes I've made and am optimistic it will be a great addition! Interesting side note... I've noticed I'm recalling bits & pieces of my dreams whereas before I wasn't. Perhaps a coincidence? Maybe but I don't believe in coincidences 🙂

Love this product, and that it’s organic. The liquid is clear and has a mild, slightly sweet flavor. Irish Moss has many health benefits and traditionally was used as a cold remedy. It’s very high in iodine which is wonderful for the thyroid. There are many ways to ingest Irish Moss, but I really like the drops the best. It’s easy and for busy people, you can take it on the go!
