Product arrived in envelope and no packaging. In this day and age new is usually shrink wrapped and the ends are capped. How do I know this isn't a used filter? And no invoice or paperwork. Sorry, maybe I'm a cynic but this is not appropriate in an era where there is a scam around every corner.

Doesn't filter out much of anything. The water was just as dirty going into it as was coming out.
