Nicely seasoned and cooked well
This sausage meat was to stuff the turkey with at Christmas. The taste was nice seasoned well. Great value for money and the quality was very good.

Get Sausages
Once sausage meat comes out of the fridge it becomes unmanageable. Very messy. But there's a problem: if you keep it in the freezer, you can't cut it! It's like eating milk: "freeze it, then cut it."

Bought this to make beef olives. It's excellent. Good sausage meat. Nice flavour , did exactly as I wanted. I used some to mix with a stuffing mix that turned out really well. Freezes well. I can easily recommend

Make your own burgers with this!
Cut a slice of this excellent sausage meat, for a breakfast snack, or go whole hog (?), and spend a few moments adding your favourite seasoning, (mine's paprika+garlic this week), and egg yolk to bind, then into your burger press, with a Panko crumb coating----delicious!
