Hi-Tech Industries HT18023 Paintable Rubberized Undercoat VOC

I came up with an idea for a solution to "hair-line" settlement cracks on exterior stucco and window sill lentals. Sprayed and fanned it out like I was painting bodywork. Waited 2 hours and shot the areas a second time. Let it get full sun light over 2 days. (The imperfections were gone with the 1st coat applied) I bought the exact original Sherwin paint and gave it 2 coats. I was BLOWN AWAY with the sealing factor! At any angle and source of light, the house looked as if it was just completed again 9 years before! My IDEA for its use was an absolutely flawless and sealing repair. These were "hair-line" and in any particular pattern. Can't say how long it will present that way, but the rubberized material and the actual body color paint of the house has the same strong rubberized properties and showed no blotch or shadows under it. A really great product to say the least for a different kind of application! Again, these were only "hair-line" cracks and not "step-cracks" in the mortar joints of the concrete block. I would consider trying it for that clean sealing finish as a test. This is not a substitute repair for any ongoing stuctural underlying support defect/problem . If not, consider a foundation repair evaluation for obvious safety reasons.

Sprayed my frame on my truck just to cover the surface rust. It gives a great even coat an it’s been durable so far an it looks great!

Horrible product.. After shaking the recently deliverd spray can for over 8 minutes the product came out in chunks. No even spray was ever witnessed. Spray can nozzle is too small for the material to pass thru.. the nozzle had to be cleaned off several times before I gave up using it. I live in Florida, so the day time temperature was in the mid 80's and dry.
