Murad Oil & Pore Control Mattifier Broad Spectrum with SPF 45 & PA++++

Long overdue to review this product. I’ve been using it for years. Really incredible. Unfortunately, they have driven up the price by an absolutely huge amount over the last few years, especially considering that it’s only 1.7 ounces! That said, there really is no other oil and pore controlling mattifying cream like it, especially if you want sunblock as well. Applying separate sunblock always seems to defeat the purpose of controlling the oil and matte finish so having it all in one is really amazing. I have combination skin, but definitely oily in the t-zone and this stuff definitely works. Plus, using it regularly along with the sunblock has kept my skin looking much younger over the years and with reduced breakouts due to the oil control and this really lasts longer than any other mattifying Lotion I have ever tried. Also have to add that despite the price, it really lasts a long time because a little bit goes a long way. I find despite daily use every single morning, I only end up ordering a tube every four or five months. So it’s worth it for me. Seems expensive, but if you’re only spending about 10 bucks a month for a product that good, I think it’s worth it.

This is the best moisturizer I've ever used. And I have used many. I have oily skin and it's getting older. I want to take care of it, protect it, and nurture it, but i have to be careful because of my oily nature. This moisturizer is perfect for me. It provides moisturizer and ideal texture while simultaneously helping me ward off the excessive oil. Ive used other products that help, but they will dry into a weird layer that will peel up, especially if i want to apply a foundation. This moisturizer solves all my oil and texture issues, and never gives me any problems. I hope the company continues to make this product forever. I plan to use it so long as they make it. Wow, I was skeptical about this purchase due to the price but I had just about lost hope on something to help with my oily skin. THIS IS THE PRODUCT! this should be your new daytime moisturizer. It’s just a plus that it has sunscreen in it! It dries down so soft and still feels hydrating while it’s mattifying. Super lightweight formula and leaves no residue. I put this on before I went to the gym for two hours today and when I was done with my workout, despite sweating so much, there was not a drop of oil on my face and it still had that matte feeling. Felt like it did when I finished my skincare this morning. Such a good purchase! Worth the money.

Amazing sunscreen. I spent years trying to find a sunscreen that did not have a white cast, did not give me the trendy "dewy" effect, and did not feel heavy/oily. This product is easy to rub in and leaves a matte finish. My one issue, as someone who uses sunscreen A LOT, is the price. I could easily go through one tube every couple of weeks. However, I guess you are paying for a quality product.

It says I bought this on Amazon, and I did, but I first found it at Sephora and it was recommended to me by the sales associate. I am on bottle number 5. This is the only - ONLY - skin care product I have ever emptied the bottle. Context: I have NATURAL RED HAIR and I will get sunburned in indirect sunlight. I am allergic to about 50% of sunscreens. I cannot wear moisturizer because it makes my already oily skin sticky. I hate hate hate having anything on my face like foundation. This stuff is a MIRACLE. It makes my face LESS oily while also moisturizing my dry spots?!?! It keeps me from getting burned? It's not greasy or shiny? After application I CAN'T FEEL IT ON MY SKIN?!!? I loved it so much - I bought the OTHER version (the orange one that's for pollution and such too) for my husband and it cleared up the dry spots on his face he had been using various lotions and creams to try to fix for over a year. This is my product now. This is all I will use. It's too good to be true and yet, here we are. I highly recommend this product.
