Is this a pair of compression socks in this pkg or just one sock?

Check out the description, I ordered the large and received a pair (2 individual stockings) now if you order XL you will only receive 1 individual stocking . I'm 6 foot tall and 260 and have some swelling and the large fit me well.

I was told by my doctor to buy men's xtra large because my calf circumference is 19.5 inches and my calf length is 16". Which sock should I buy?
