Greetings! I have been using this product for years and might I say - it is the best. All ingredients are natural. Now the answer to your question: initially it was prescribe 4-6 capsules - however, people like myself are discovering that 3 capsules is sufficent. It is ok should you choose to take 6 capsules (3 in am and 3 in pm).Allow me to put your mind at ease. I stand by this product and have referred several people who are very thankful. I initially took 6 capsules and discovered I gained too much energy and decide to decrease the amount I was taking from 6-3 capsules and this has been within the last seven years. I conclude with you won't be sorry!!!!!!
