Great guage set. A friend of mine has had high for years. I use it every time I am pulling a vacuum on a system. Customers regularly compliment me on them saying how nice they look. Hoses are good quality. Gauge faces are easy to see and read even in bright sun or lower light conditions. Sight glass is large enough to clearly see refrigerant. Ball valve handles on hose ends are small. Many people complain about that but I prefer that since Room around service ports is tight on many systems. Rear bracket that holds hose ends is not at the best angle out of the box but is easily bent to a better angle. Manifold valve handles are smooth operating and seal well. Like that they are chromed not only for looks but they clean oil and dye off easier than other manifold valve handles I've used from other companies. For $200 you can't find a comparable deal anywhere. If your an installer or go service that requires evacuation, vacuum or charging systems regularly I highly recommend this set.

Good tool. Ball valves on the hoses leak under vacuum so it's not good for deep low micron evacuation.

I will never buy CPS gauges again!! I have had nothing but trouble with them. I have had them a couple months and have replaced three of the gaskets under the handle. I got three uses out of them before the started leaking the first time. Instead of sending them back I order a gasket kit. Finally got those parts and got two uses before a different gasket started leaking. Great look,durable and easy to read but overall trash!! I have gauges that are 10 years old that I have never replaced o-rings in. Save your money for something else. I do have other CPS products that I love, but they missed the mark on the Vortech gauges.

Works great cut my vacuum time in half. But when I first got them the knobs where a little hard to turn I hade to take the handles off and lube the value to operate them. Besides that they look great and work great.
