Perfect Adapter for Attaching a Hose to Shower
This worked perfectly. I was trying to use a pressure washer to clean the grout in my shower. (Hint: don't do it.) You'll end up ripping off pieces of grout like I did. This was a last ditch attempt at cleaning the grout before paying someone to come replace it. Anyways, my grout adventure failures have nothing to do with this 5 star adapter. It's well made and fit the threading perfectly on my normal, average showerhead threading.

Connect a garden hose to your shower arm
I needed to connect a garden hose to my shower arm, and this did the job perfectly. Easy to install, and no leaks with teflon tape. I really think they should market these things better for this purpose; they would sell more of them. The average homeowner might not want to spend the time to educate themselves on the difference between GHT and NPT. Why not clearly sell the product as a shower arm to garden hose adapter? By the way, if at the other end of your garden hose you want to transition back to a regular shower head for whatever reason, the part you need is here: Anderson Metals Brass Garden Hose Fitting, Connector, 3/4" Female Hose ID x 1/2" Male Pipe

Used to fix adapter for NewAge Products sink faucet to hose adapter.
Very niche adapter, but when you need something like this, you *really* need it. I have a NewAge Products garage sink and it includes a faucet adapter for a garden hose. Well, the problem is they didn't use GHT on the hose side and instead used NPT which prevented me from attaching any hoses (without spraying water everywhere, that is). This adapter worked great to fix that problem. You must still use some form of pipe dope/teflon tape to seal the female threads, but it otherwise worked as advertised.

Spec is 3/4" GHT and 1/2" NPT
This was my second attempt to get it right. This works for my shower. It pays to do your homework. Learn the nomenclature. Female M22x1 and male M24x1. Bathtub spouts often M28x1. United States uses different threads sizes: 15/16(0.9375)(60/64)"-27 for standard-sized male, and 55/64(0.859375)"-27 for standard-sized female threads. This part is nice and big so you don't really need a tool to use it. Plumbers tape helps so you don't have to torque down on it to get a good seal.

High Quality Fitting
I used this on my home made camp shower to hook the hose to the seaflow pump. Its good quality. You can see how I used it in the photograph. The pump came with 1/2 male threads on the out flow side and I twisted this on them and then it allowed me to connect a water hose to the pump. No leaks YAY!

Worked like a charm for garden hose to shower connection!
This connected from my shower head spigot (or whatever it's called) to my garden hose. Now my dog doesn't scream over cold garden hose water and actually enjoys his baths and it's super easy to revert back to simple shower head mode for me. We're both clean and happy and this adaptor works. What more can you ask for?

Connect a Garden Hose to a bare shower head faucet
Why would you need to attach a GARDEN HOSE to your SHOWER instead of an actual shower head?? Because, it's none of your business! J/K... I'm doing this because I need to fill my giant portable swamp cooler every day and I don't want to have to roll this giant thing outside to the hose, and then back inside (heavy, awkward, inevitably going to splash all over my floors on the way). So I've connected a spare hose to my spare shower in my spare bathroom. This is the best place to refill it because of its accessibility and lack of shower use. I could also use the hose to wash my dog too! Either way, if THAT is what you are looking to do, this adapter will work for that purpose.

good quality
works well, good quality threads. fits shower head turns into a garden hose fitting. We originally planned to use ours to fill up home birth pool with heated water we didn't need it then. We have since used it to fill the kid pool with warm water, just connect a hose and use normal shower controls.
