This supplement is part of my daily routine to fight inflammation from degenerative conditions like arthritis. While I do not take this as a pain reliever, it does help to combat the stiffness of inflammation, particularly in my lower back. This product has no ill effect on my stomach and is directed to be taken on an empty stomach, which is why I take it first thing in the morning, every morning.
