I've been taking this vitamin D3 supplement daily, and it's made a noticeable difference in my energy and mood, especially during the winter months. I always choose the D3 form of vitamin D as it’s the most effective for the body. Solgar’s Vitamin D3 is sourced from lanolin (from sheep’s wool), which is the same form our body naturally produces from sunlight, making it highly bioavailable and effective. The formula is clean gluten free, sugar free, and with no artificial colours or flavours. Each tablet provides 1000 IU (25 µg), the ideal daily dose to support bones, teeth, muscle function and the immune system. I have terrible allergic asthma caused by grass. I read many school studies on vitamin D and asthma. So I decided I would try taking these for a month to see if it helped at all and me being super sceptical figured this would not do anything. To my surprise I actually started to feel better AFTER 3 YEARS OF HELL!! My Asthma has decreased significantly!!! I talked to my doctor about this and he took a blood test and sure enough even with taking 400iu of vitamin D daily my level was still low. He then recommended me to take 1000iu!! I'm going to start taking this so see if I feel even better!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT!!
