I know the benefits of Garlic and have been supplementing for years. Kyolic is my favorite because it has no taste unless you break them up :-) and there is no stinky odor emitting from you and/or your pores. I know you are not supposed to make medical claims, but speaking for ONLY myself, I can say that it is a TREMENDOUS help as far as cardiovascular issues. I will continue to supplement as long as they keep them coming! Oh, they are NOT "capsules", they are "caplets". Yes, they are bigger than your average size, but not unmanageable. You do have the option of breaking them up, or cutting them in half.

This is garlic you can take without smelling, but yet get the benefits of healthy garlic.
