Not bad but i wish if more than one cover is there to wash one & keep another

I had my op and then went on a road trip the next day. These were a lifesaver. They didn't sit under as nicely as I thought but wedged between my thighs and balls; they kept me comfortable for the whole trip. If you plan to sit at home, just get some peas, but for portable comfort, these are brilliant.

Wish I had these back when I had my surgery. I bought these to use on long car rides and airplane rides to create a cooler seating surface. Works great! I used to get rather uncomfortable when sitting for that long. Sweaty. Bunched up cloth. All of that makes for an uncomfortable situation which just builds. Putting these coolers underneath it all really helps!

It doesn’t stay cold for very long, works good otherwise

These are SMALL! And the incision isn't on your taint so these were useless! I did not want hard plastic (or anything hard) pressed up against my scrotum. If there was a large soft gel wedge then maybe but get yourself a large gel cold pack for it and you'll be much happier.

If you are debating getting this for your upcoming vasectomy…just do it. Get them. They put the cold where it needs to be. They stayed cool for a while but I was glad I had 2 so I could chill the one down while I was using the other one.
