Just started taking these pills, feeling good.

The contents of the capsule as probably just as good as said on the box but the smell of them is awful. It literally makes me want to vomit. I took one and couldn't stand it at all left me nauseous for so long. Do not recommend and the smell is literally so bad.

Smells and tastes awful. Never had this with a Thorne product before. Item does not say it is expired, but smells terribly rancid. The seller must have stored their product improperly. Absolutely unusable, Amazon won’t let me return so I just lost money on rancid vitamins.

Smells like rotten egg

I’ve been using these for about 2 and a half months now, and I have to say I’ve noticed a huge difference in the way I feel. I feel more energetic, and even my cognitive focus seems to be much better. It’s true they’re not the most pleasant smelling/tasting things, but honestly what vitamin doesn’t have a weird smell, and how long are you holding these in your mouth before you swallow them?! I do think the 25,000% B12 is a little overkill, but your body will just get rid of what it doesn’t need (don’t be alarmed if your first bathroom visit looks like Mello Yello LOL). As far as people complaining of upset stomach, I’ve been taking these immediately after eating breakfast every day for 2.5 months, and have not had a single day where my stomach was upset. Either these people are taking them on an empty stomach, or they have something else going on.

I’ve been taking these daily for a few weeks, but I’ve come to the point where I can no longer stand the putrid musty/sour smell from the bottle and the capsules.

I notice a good boost in energy, alertness and concentration, likely due to the high doses of B vitamins. It's my first time using this brand, but it seems to be high quality. I previously used Animal Pak (which works very well), but grew tired of taking an entire handful of pills for every serving. The reviews complaining about an overpowering smell are exaggerating. There's a slight aftertaste, but it's not that bad. Just take it with a meal. Several of the ingredients are dosed high, and may be excessive for smaller or less active adults.
