There are some good recommendations in this book - not everything pertains to our business, however the book gives some ideas that are usable or 'tweek-able'.

I'm not usually a proponent of these books but to often we neglect the simple act of recognition. This book summarizes the importance of providing recognition to employees and provides great ideas on how to do so. However, I think the book could have been shortened by half.

This book confirms/answers one of the oldest questions when dealing with what employees really want - it's not all about the money! This was a tough one for me to handle - because like most people, I love money! But at the end of the day, it's the little things that you either do or choose not to do that will make all the difference.Very well done!

Arrived on time, in great condition. Used it on a train while traveling to Tampa. Got my book 1/2 way "read" while traveling. Perfect.

Some great ideas for incentive and reward schemes and initiatives as well as one off recognition ideas. My new bible and a fantastic website to sign up to as well to receive weekly recognition ideas.
