Great product for at home gymnastics practice.

Wanted to add a quick note, I bought the version with less alcohol. I misunderstood the description, I thought it will not have leave white chalk marks on the hands, but it does. But the difference between this and other similar products is that this product does not transfer to other surfaces. I tried rubbing against clothing, grips of various kinds, and there was not transfer of chalk.
