Seems to be working well...
I take one a day sometimes less. I'm allergic to most seafood and I can't take fish oil. I use this to get in my omega 3's. Seems to be working well for me. Easy to swallow. I'm not sure I feel a difference, but I'm going to continue taking.

How do I know if this works?
It's hard to tell if this works at all without doing a comprehensive blood test but all I can say is my nails are growing faster after a couple of weeks I started taking this every day at breakfast. Hopefully my arteries are benefiting from the claimed omega-3s.
