Good build quality
I tried it out for a bit liked it had good build quality and everything returned mine because I ended up finding a better case than what I had that had 1 5.25in bay instead of 2 so I didn't need it anymore and I was still in my return window. Anyway it's a good piece of tech works well for all I used it for the SD reader and USB port.

Fits into small case space; works very well
This USB card reader solved a space problem on my new computer case that had hardly any room behind the external 5 1/4" bays due to a 240mm water cooler. The card reader sits very shallow in the bay leaving the room I needed. It mounted solid with four screws so that inserting/removing cards has no play due to mounting. The card reader is sharing the mobo's 3.0 header with the case 3.0 cable using a USB header-splitter. This is working great. Cards are recognized quickly by Windows 10 and transfers are fast.

Card reader is USB2 not USB3
The unit has a USB3 plug-only. The card readers are USB2. From experience, I know it will take hours to transfer camera video and photos from a card using USB2. The listing is ambiguous and deceptive. Instructions are in Chinese, presumably.

Card Reader is USB 2.0
This unit is only partially USB 3.0. Only the front USB port is USB 3.0, the card reader is USB 2.0 so this unit requires two motherboard headers, one for USB 3.0 and one for USB 2.0. You can sort of see this in the picture both header plugs.

Ughly, Poorly Made Logo, Hacked into The Front of it!!
Wish they'd include photos of the ugly logo plate they cut into this. The listing shows a nice, clean, logo free design. And then what they send has a logo hacked into it. It’s cut into the mesh. I can’t even hide it with paint. How about sending me what is actually in the photo? You can pull it apart and remove the logo pretty easily, but then what? You're left with an ugly hole. So then spend a couple hours trying to hide that? So now I get to drive halfway across town to return it. Serious waste of time!
