Good product. Nice built quality. Good power. Good design. Easy installation. Very quick to start. Cord length 5m is fine. Note it is not cordless. Accessories are good. It is heavy, consider that while buying, weight is on the hand. I have it recently so still the durability is to be seen. Overall, seems to be a good product.

The hose in the tank came off. I had. Aproblem with the metal ball coming off the hose and baving to be put back each time. But now the whole hose came off. Can’t be put back or used.

It’s exactly what they say it is , vacuum everything even liquid and solid food and a mop with steam

Overall product is good in terms of functionality so far. Will need a source for the replacement mop heads

Really, it made my work so easy . Good product, good vacuum suction (common household - regular cleaning) and two mode steam gives you the choice to remove hard stain or just light mop. Some disadvantages I found 1. Noisy 2. High steam mode gives you wet floor ( but dry up soon) 3. They could make it little thin on body to go (under bed or sofa) few cm more to clean.4 long wire management little difficult.

This is my second Bissell product, great quality..but bit heavy on the top part because of machines motor and water tank, for long use it's hard for the hand,work very well on shower cubical...Good for daily use.

Honestly, I was very excited to use this machine thought that it will help me to save power and time to vac and mop my house, but , the steam in second use started to make bad smell and i just used water and a floor liquid that you recommended for me. Also, to be more clear, i cant even remove the steam tank to change water and what makes me disappointed that it has low steam power . Moreover, the vacuum has limited suction power , in fortunately it’s overpriced price for this appliance.

It lost all its ability to clean after about 10 months of cleaning. I took to the Bissell center and they told me after over 2 months that is was working but when I took it home it was not working. I returned it again and then they told me it was past the warranty and they would contact me on what would happen. I am still waiting to hear 6 months later.

Comes with a wide range of accessories, the steamer itself is powerful and easy to use. Would fully recommend 👍🏻

I ordered this vacuum and steam 2 in 1 to save some time as I have small kids and it is prefect for that. It is heavier and noisier then my regular vacuum cleaner but I counted on that and considering it is removing the dust and crumbs and cleaning by steam at the same time I am really happy with it. Just I would wish they sell some extra microfiber replacement pads to it, which I couldn't find here in Egypt.

My home is almost entirely tiles, and it was difficult to clean, sanitize, and polish the floors. I bought this Bissell slim fresh steam mop; it changed my life! It is very efficient, fast, and reliable. It leaves the floors spotless and saves time and resources. Highly highly recommend!

I read an article on wirecutter recently which recommended this model as the best steam mop, the article was very cautious about using a steam mop on any form of wooden floor though. I however, have no love for my wooden floor given that it was installed with some issues so I don't mind if it gets a bit of abuse. Anyway, my main point here is that I have used the Bissel on my constructed wooden floor on the light steam setting with no ill effects. It leaves the surface slighty damp which quick dries. I have been using the high steam setting on my tiled floors which gave impressive results too. I think this is very good unit, I'm impressed with the design and construction, and I like how it comes with 2 x reusable mop heads and scented discs (which smell like fresh laundry). I have used the vacuum alongside the mop and it does a good job. I'd obviously prefer to mop after giving the place a good vacuum with my usual hoover but this is great if you missed a bit along the way. Emptying the dirt chamber is also really easy, as is filling the unit with water. It comes with a very handy filling jug that attached to the stem when not in use. I think the main attraction to this product is that it makes mopping regularly an easy thing to do- it's expensive but I will actually use it way more often than the traditional mop and bucket.
