JUNK JUNK JUNK.........
The description says flakes. What arrived was a can full of wet soup. I discovered this after opening the cans pull top lid. The liquid had a bad smell and was dark in color. The only thing that comes close to it is, if you bought a can of tuna that had double oil and only half the amount of tuna in it. Plus it started to mold shortly after opening The only good thing about this product is Amazon issued me a credit for that junk.

My Platys LOVE them!
I hardly ever submit a review but I am in this case. I bought a can for my Bettas because they're picky eaters. They wouldn't touch them. I tried the worms in my Platy tank (55 gal with 75+ various age Platys). My goodness one would think they were Piranhas! They all went after the worms, from the largest adults down to the small babies. Sometimes two small ones would be playing tug-of-war with a worm only to have a bigger one swim between them and take the worm. Went through my first can in three weeks, just ordered my second and will continue for as long as I can.

Four Stars
Better than expected. Water stayed clear throughout usage (3 days). Fish readily consumed it all.

Okay Product, But...
I ordered the Can O Bloodworms for my King Betta Fish, Titan. They were great, except for the "worm water" as I called it. They weren't frozen or dry, they were just moistened up, like defrosted blood worms. After about a day of not opening them to give to Titan, they turned white and started to give off an unpleasant odor (though it was kind of unpleasant from the start, almost like a can of olives). Also, from the start, the can leaked so it would be a good idea to store the bloodworms in a seperate container.

Awesome!
I got these for my little Senegal bichir that are currently only about 3.5 inches. They ate them all up! Didn’t leave a single piece behind. I won’t be able to feed the little bichirs the whole can in a week so I’ll be keeping them in a bag in the freezer. I was worried about buying them because the reviews mentioned a bad smell but they don’t smell that bad….they smell like canned cat food. The cats were actually going crazy after they smelled them lol.

good for other animals
I was kind of on the fence about this product but figured for the price it was worth a try. I wanted something a little different to feed my Isopods and Millipedes so I gave it a try and could not believe how they started gobbling it up as soon as I put it in place. I knew they like the freeze-dried worms so I guess they would like them wet also. Not just for fish I guess.

Under “Flavour” I gave it five stars only because my clown loach devoured them all every time I fed them to him. Disclaimer: I did NOT taste them myself (haha). All jokes aside, I would purchase them again some time in the future. It was probably a great treat for my fish!

My axolotls, Oscar, clownloach, corydoras, weather loach, shrimps, snails, betta love these worms. Definitely worth the price.

This product comes in a liquid that smelts like something rotting I would not feed it to my fish and wound up throwing it out

These worms arrive in a small sealed can, with a lid. When opened you will find these worms in some sort of oily liquid. My fish didn't go for them, just watched them sink to the bottom straight away. They lay there for a long time and I'm not sure what ate them, possibly my huge number of snails. I did see a few fish pick at them much later. I just went to feed the rest of the worms, spread out over my four aquariums, and found that the worms had turned to slime and the liquid was bubbling along the sides of the can. I threw them out and will not purchase this product again. I'll stick to the dried version. This might be a better fit with turtles or really large fish.
