Two of the outlet fittings (the two over the mounting location) are too large for the pipe or the plug to fit into them snug. I am nervous about it and checking it daily for leaks/cracks. I fully expect one day for it to blow the plug, break the socket, or start leaking around it. And still haven't gotten official word that it is schedule 40. ??!?I wanted an manifold that had different size outputs. That is a couple of 1", few 3/4", and some 1/2". Going smaller is easy but in general the outlets are too close to each other to combine two to make a 1" outlet. I was hoping to put a 90 degree on one that immediately went to a 1"x3/4"x3/4" T on the next, but it won't fit regardless of fitting brand. sigh.But it is still nicer than having a 4 foot long manifold made with individual Ts.AND the main reason I got it was for the mounting bracket. So much nicer than a bunch of pipe straps. Why don't more PVC pieces have mounting brackets on them?
