These are nice savory crisp capers! such a good addition to so many dishes that, kept handy, they can be added to many dishes impulsively as they cook or at the last minute. Especially nice in deviled eggs

I use keepers a lot and found that this is a really good product. The price was good and I buy repeatedly.

Absolutely fine, neither too tart nor too sweet, normal and not mushy. Appropriate size and delivered to the front door totally intact in a day, maybe two. Worked just fine/well as condiment in cooking recipes.

These will really perk up any kind of salad (tuna, chicken, egg) with a lemony taste.

Okay. Not as flavorful as I would like. Texture good. Quality okay.

Over perhaps 12 months of recurring monthly orders of these 3-4 of them arrived in wet packaging material and a reduced amount of brine in the jar, indicating a broken food safety sea. I just canceled my recurring subscription for these. I should say, when they arrive undamaged, they are quite tasty and would be a great value. Given the inability of Amazon/Mina to deliver them safely, the pain of dealing with the broken ones far outweigh the value. Amazon let me return two. I tried to return another one too late. Today I received my fourth salty/wet jar with a broken safety seal and Amazon indicated it's ineligible for return or refund. I tried to use Amazon's "contact the vendor" chat system and it said "Amazon handles the shipping, so contact them." It looks like yet again I'm going to have to dump the contents of these and take a loss. I would recommend against purchasing anything that Amazon delivers in jars, and if you see Mina in stores, always check the lid for dents around the safety seal.
