The forearm and bicep compression of this sleeve is excellent. It is tight and has a significant amount of compression without feeling like it is cutting off circulation. The added "flex" is great and gives you that extra mobility. The material quality is good and is made of heavy duty material that is thicker and isn't glossy and slippery like spandex-type sleeves.I was right on the borderline between sizes (both dimensions) and I chose the smaller size which turned out perfect. It is comfortable and doesn't chafe or cause any irritation. But according to 2XU, you should opt for the bigger size if you’re using the sleeve during activity and the smaller size if you’re it for recovery.Yes, and as the listing says, you get ONE sleeve.

I've tried a few brands, this one worked best for me. Sizing is accurate to the chart. It does take some effort to put on, but is worth it.

Thought it was a hoax, another fad. Been dealing with soreness in my elbow and durning my work out where I’m not wearing it I feel more pain then when I’m wearing the sleeve (snatches, cleans and jerk)

I liked the product but am dissatisfied. I am buying it for the third time.Last two times there were two to a package and this time only one, though the price is the same. Thus the 3 stars

Fallowed the recommendation and got a M, but i feel it’s a bit too tight at the top and long. It pushes all the way up to my underarm and it’s a bit tight and uncomfortable. The compression level for my forearm pain feels good however.

A friend of mine recommended this product to me when she learns about the pain I have on my arm. It works great in provided much needed supports on my arm and relieves pain with the right amount of pressure (make sure to order the right size). The condition of my arm has improved greatly with the help of this product.

If you are going to do any type of therapy or exercise, go wwith the next larger. This item has a really good snug fit

These sleeves are terrific. Besides solid compression, they offer excellent sun protection. I have 3 pairs of these in different colors. I use them on both arms for tennis. Other "cheaper" sleeves do not offer much compression. If you just want the cheaper option for sun protection than I guess that's fine but for real compression, these are best.
