Bought this to make a Serious Eats Squash and Kale salad that calls specifically for sherry vinegar, and it is absolutely delicious. I took this salad to both Thanksgiving and Christmas, and it was my most requested recipe in years. I completely attribute that to this vinegar. It is smooth and tangy without being too sharp. The fragrance is pleasant and enticing. I personally think it is on the mellow side for a vinegar, but delightfully so. It was absolutely perfect for what I needed and worth every cent. I am excited to see what else it transforms from good to wow.

This is an excellent quality sherry vinegar.

Seems like the lid is not tight enough? I had it in the car parked outside in freezing weather, and in the morning my car smelled like pickled something. There was no discernable leak, but the smell of vinegar was all over the car. Fortunately it was in a plastic tub and nothing spilled on the car seats. Being Vinegar, I'm not too worried about a broken seal when the outer cellophane and other material are intact. Tastes pretty good and this is the second bottle I've purchased.

I was shopping to replace a bottle of similar product, also DOP, but the price DOUBLED b/c of tariffs. Took a roll of the dice on this and it’s nearly the same product and quality, at the price point I’m more comfortable with. Highly recommend. Does have authentic DOO seal if that’s important to you!

Arrived well packaged. Lovely bottle. I used this to make a salad dressing. It has an amazing taste and made such a difference to an otherwise average dressing. Will use this from now on and will definitely order again.

This is my 2nd purchase of this sherry vinegar & I wouldn't be without it in my kitchen. I add it to soups, sauces, stews, etc. It is good value for money as you only need a little bit for it to make a big difference.

It's OK. it should be cherry vinegar, but it is thin and sour.
