The product us brilliant the delivery was awful, the delivery person said it was handed to the customer, it wasn't it was put behind a bin 5 doors away at my niebours so apparently from being a rubbish delivery the guy lied about it to.

Painted a couple of pieces from fireplace from grey to black and worked really well , did about 3 coats

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased the item in march 2025 and store in a cool dark cupboard. I used item end of July. I did not do first burn until September. Left pently of time. I burnt a small low heat fire. It was a disaster. I've used smilir black stove sprays and never had any issues with different brands 1 Star: Catastrophic Failure, Toxic Fumes, and Lingering Damage. DO NOT use this product anywhere near a heat source. If you are buying "black spray paint" for a wood stove that reaches high temperatures, stop immediately and buy a proper high-heat formula instead. I applied this paint to my wood-burning stove after cleaning and prepping the surface. The initial finish looked fine, but the moment I fired up the stove, the nightmare began. Instead of curing or staying put, the paint immediately blistered, peeled, and turned into a heavy, acrid black smoke. This wasn't minor smoking; the fumes completely filled my entire downstairs, setting off smoke detectors and leaving a thick, chemical odor on all my furniture, and belonging . The smell is persistent and toxic. A complete waste of time and money, and a health hazard to boot. Buyer beware—this is not a high-heat solution. It completed pealed off my chimney pipe causing a mess and the rest burnt off and into smoke off my stove. I contacted the company and explained the issue respectfully. I was met with attitude and no resolution. I didn't even mention a refund. I was just shocked at what the product had done to my home. I only wanted a amicable resolution and an apology. But received nothing but attitude and contempt. I will contact Amazon to resolve in a respectful manner. I wouldn't speak to this company again or buy any products. Shocking custom service. Paint is good but the spray didn’t come out very well and left a lot of residue around the spray button and on hands.
