We purchased this April 24th and it fit perfectly. We were very pleased with it, at first. For some reason, or ice maker quit producing ice. We were buying ice from the gas station and putting it in the dispenser since the fridge wasn't making any. It was the tiny pebble ice from Sonic. I went to get ice the other day, and I heard very loud pop. Then nothing happened. I pulled out the ice drawer, and it had snapped. The part that rotates in the middle totally snapped off the back so now it's a useless piece of junk and we only used it for about 4 months. NOT HAPPY.

Purchased 2 months ago, although I always have it set for cubes, it normally dispenses more crushed ice than cubes. Due to living in a hot climate we use a lot of ice, jams are becoming common. Having to pull the bucket and empty it almost every time.Update after trying several things suggested by the seller, the problem was still unresolved, ordered a replacement under warranty. Found when doing a side by side comparison with both being upside down door on the 1st one didn't open fully. The replacement works great, I can now use the ice dispenser without any problems.
