These peppers arrive sealed in bag. I like that it has a zip to reseal.These are good quality and freshly dried guajillio peppers. They're a nice deep red color, aromatic, and still pliable. Not crumbly.They toast up nicely and get nicely aromatic.I use them to as one of the ingredients when making hot sauces. They provide a nice sun ripe taste and extra depth to the layers of flavor.

I order a lot of dried peppers online.Guajillo peppers are my favorite because they bring a lot of flavor. The heat level brings a moderate kick to your cooking while allowing the flavor to be the star.I have ordered Guajillo peppers from Amazon for the last 10 to 12 years. This is by far the freshest and most flavorful brand I have encountered. The fragrance is incredible.If the quality continues, this will be my go to brand from now on.
