Bought this product a few months back .It works perfect , Wear shorts as with tracky bottoms it slips a bit .Ive been using everyday , you WILL notice your legs firming up .You wont be disappointed with this product

It's a good little item but the only reason i gave it 4 stars is because it doesn't seem to stay put during exercising so you have to keep adjusting it back into place. Otherwise, creates good workout for inner tighs abd pelvic area

Seller helped negotiate a return/refund. May work for some but just found it too stiff and uncomfortable to move. Better off using resistance bands.

Rubbish, so small it keeps springing out from between your legs which makes it uncomfortable to use, okay for squeezing together with your hands to work your arms but not brilliant, quite honestly a waste of money!

Waste of money, no instruction. Very hard to keep in place and use
