This is a great product. I have some high stress in my life right now as I'm planning a move out of state. I also deal with some health issues that produce anxiety. I had been taking a different brand of Ahswagandha before and it helped as well, but, if memory serves, it took a few days if not a week for me to really notice the effects of the supplement. This product is different in that I could feel the effects of it working the very next day. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs something to help with stress or anxiety relief. It proved very effective for me.

KSM-66 is an absolutely incredible supplement. I’ve been taking it generally about an hour and a half before bed, but occasionally after my workouts also. I’ve been in a phase of training for potentially running a marathon (Never have I been a runner before), so strength training went on the back burner for around 3 months. I noticed my body was starting to eat away at muscle mass and was not happy, but within the past 3 weeks started supplementing with this product and have noticed incredible results. After being unhappy with what was happening to my body on a cardio heavy routine I reimplemented the bodybuilding regiment I had been doing before. I was afraid it would have to be one or the other, but I have been proven hard wrong (Keep in mind I’ve tried doing both before and could get through it but struggled mentally with the exhaustion I’d feel). I can now do my multiple body part training which takes just under two hours and immediately going into my daily cardio of running about 5 to 8 miles, but now with absolutely zero drop off. My sex drive was essentially nonexistent for the months I only ran, but now I can do both weights and cardio in the same session and everything seems to be back to normal with my sex drive if not significantly better! I have been able to regain the muscle I thought had dropped off me (glycogen depletion and insignificant utilization of my upper body I know), but on top of that my strength levels are higher than before I stopped weight training, my pump has become incredible, my hormones truly seem to be realigned and in peak condition, and my body as a whole seems to be functioning just much better. I think I would highly suggest this supplement to any man who may fear their hormones are off or are simply wanting to try and improve their body in many aspects. It’s great for cortisol levels as well, if you seem to be consistently stressed like myself, and really helps me feel great the next day as well, no matter how I feel I’ve slept the night before. Long story short, if you’re hesitant about trying this then don’t be and take the plunge. From what I’ve noticed myself I’d say it is more than worth it and I will consistently be repurchasing.

Very high quality product. Noticable difference in energy and nutrient absorption. I recommend this for pre fasted cardio as well as post workout. The benefits of this product is accumulated overtime. So be consistent in your dosing. It's important to note this formula WILL BREAK YOUR FAST when you consume it. So take it within your eating window preferably with a meal for maximum effect. At least with this formula you should. Good non fasting safe KSM-66 4 stars

Taste was good and it seemed like a quality supplement but after taking them for a few weeks, I started getting really irritable, mental fog, and depression. So for me it served the total opposite of its purpose but from my understanding it can affect people differently. Chances are if you already deal with depression, it may worsen it.

They have helped with energy and brain fog,
