A Top Quality Omega 3 Supplement
A well-regarded company and an Omega 3 compound that appears to work very well. I judge the efficacy of an Omega 3 supplement by how my skin feels. In my experience, Omega 3s help produce soft and smooth skin. It also alleviates dermatitis. I can't evaluate how it works for heart health, or other internal conditions, but from I can see I am very satisfied. My skin feels very good, and I have no dry spots such as elbows or knees. So far....very good. Would recommend.

Very satisfied, does not upset my stomach. This supplement has no fishy aftertaste. It’s a big pill but I appreciate you only have to take one.
