These lights were easy to install and came with a slight charge right out of the box. I have seen some reviewers complain that they are not bright enough, but they are not intended for anything more than ambient lighting. And for that, they do an excellent job. They look great! They come on pretty much all together, right as dusk turns to night, but they only stay lit for about 4 hours. I have them in an area of my yard that only gets about a half-day of sun, though, so it's not really the fault of the lights. I think that with a full day of sunlight they would probably stay on for about 2-3 hours longer. I can't speak as to how these will hold up over the long term, as I have only had them for about a month, but so far I like everything about them.

These lights have a choice of two colors - warm or blue-white. Illumination for all of these is OK, but really a bit limited - you want bright illumination, buy wired lights. Each light comes with adapters for three sizes of posts. Their base has holes that let you secure them with screws that go vertically into the post, instead of horizontally just below the top of the post where the screw can break through the top. Plus, the hole in the base are shielded from water so the screws don't wick water into the post. As with all of this kind of light, plan on wiping bird poop off the solar cell. I liked the first units so much I ordered more to extend usage.

These solar cap lights Look great on top of our wooden posts but I would like them to be brighter. It’s a very good design we decided to keep it because it looks very elegant on top of the post! Please provide better screws not meant for hardwood specially for 2x2 post.

Not your typical solar lights. These are bright and appear to be well made in hoping they last a long time. These are so bright. I was shocked they lit up my porch so well.

I wish I could get these for everyone of my fence posts. In the first picture, I left the lights in the sun for a good 10 hours and they were bright. In the second pic, I placed on some of my posts. They aren’t as bright at night, but it’s because I put them in an area with too much shade. I plan on moving them somewhere else in my yard with more direct sunlight. These are a great price for four of them. I think you could use them in another area outside if you needed a little light while sitting with your friends.

I like the product and the way it looks on our fence. Was disappointed that one of the lights would not work. It was an extra one, but I could have found someplace to put it.

Purchase led these lights for my backyard deck and glad I did. Easy to install and I didn’t use nails I used heavy duty tape. Lights are very bright and beautiful and they compliment my deck. I meant to order one pack but ended up with two
