Natrol Biotin 10000 mcg, Strawberry Flavor, Fast Dissolve Tablets, Extra Strength, 250 Count

I used to get this at Costco but they don’t carry it anymore. Tastes good. Easy dissolve and chewable.

I've been using this for about two years. I like that it's not a large pill, as I have problems swallowing anything big. So having to chew on a tablet that dissolves quickly, is great. So far, people have noticed my nails look clean and shiny, my skin looks young, and my hair doesn't fall out as much as it used to. There is some hair growth. But I also use a prescription medication called Finasteride to try and stop hair loss, as well as use Minoxidil to help grow my hair. But since using Biotin, I've had some hair growth. The only thing is, had I known about biotin a long time ago, I probably would've had more hair, unlike today. Biotin is a B Vitamin, also known as Vitamin B7. Understand, not everyone will see the results they desire. If you have hair loss early, this could help greatly. If you have hair loss and are starting to use it late, in which your hair has mostly thinned out, it may help grow some back. Some people have heredity. Meaning, a family member like a parent or grandparent, it's passed down from one generation to the next. Meaning, you'll have hair loss no matter what you do or how much you pay for to stop it. Your genes will be passed to your children and grandchildren. I haven't had side effects. If you get side effects, stop using it. If you're going to use it, take one tablet daily. Take it consistently in order for it to work properly. I use this along with Finasteride and Minoxidil. I hope my hair will regrow and last a long time. If you do blood tests, it may get mixed results. So don't take biotin on the same day. Skip one day, before doing the blood test. In the end, this along with Minoxidil and Finasteride, these are my last options to saving my hair. I don't plan to spend money on another expensive hair transplant. Which I had before, and was asked repeatedly to do more transplants, as it was too costly to do. If I had known about using Biotin, Minoxidil and Finasteride, maybe it could've saved me thousands of dollars and saved my hair early.

I loved the strawberry flavor of my other pills. so I switched my biotin to this version and I love the strawberry flavor. it has 10000 units in each pill compared to only 1000 in most other brands. no need to swallow , these tablets disolve in mouth.

I've been taking this brand of chewable biotin for years. I began when I was worrying about my fingernails seeming weak, and my hair seeming to be thin. After about 6 months I could tell my fingernails were stronger . My hairdresser asked me if i was doing something to improve the thickness of my hair. She asked about products. I said the only change I made was taking these chewables. One a day. These are delicious. And I know that the best way to ingest something is if its chewable. I highly recommend this.
