I get the six-pack of these because I know I'm going to use all of them over time and and they're the tallest I can get to fit into the opening. The increased filtering area helps me avoid having to change too frequently or wonder if my airflow is being restricted. They're easy to install and fitment with my furnace is perfect with no gaps, and they appear to perform well enough to use for 2 months at a time with no perceptible decrease in filtering performance. I have a dusty horse arena and 3 house pets (2 large dogs and a cat) on the property and we breathe easy in our house with these filters installed.

Good price , but filter is a bit undersized

Very nice quality is good installs easy with the rod for top. No real need for the Velcro strips they included. Spayed some home defense spray on it and buggies won't even land on it

We have dogs and a gravel driveway so lots of dust and dander. We swap these out of our furnace every other month and it does wonders with our allergies and keep the dust from circulating around the house. Be prepared with a place to store them since you're buying in bulk. Our furnace room is under the stairs so thankfully there's a large space next to the furnace for ours to be stored.

This 6-pack of MERV 11 filters nominal size 16 x 20 x 4 is a bargain: less expensive than name brands (obviously) but also the least expensive (on the web) for any of the other brands. There are some brands (especially on Amazon) that are Nominally 16 x 20 x 4 -- but the actual size is smaller than standard, and they will fit poorly. The actual (measured) size for a Nominal 16 x 20 x 4 filter should be 15 1/2 x 19 1/2 x 3 3/4. It is possible that a particular system was custom-sized for the smaller filter. So, if that describes your situation, then you can use the smaller filters sold on Amazon. But, those are not the standard size filters.
