After two of the mugs cracking and my hand getting scalded I refuse to use any of the others. If I could give this product 0 stars I would, totally unfit for purpose. This is after having to send the matching butter dish back because they sent me the lid and no dish for the butter. I’m disgusted as this could quite easily have been one of my teenage grandchildren that got burned.

These are lovely. Arrived next day and are just what I wanted. Nice colours, and they have a high quality feel to them. There are cheaper mugs available, but these seem like good value. Packaging was excellent too, as each cup comes wrapped individually.

These are my favorite of all time, I love the colour variations and it feels like I have multiple sets. I choose a different colour every morning. It blends well with all of my dishes and variety of tablecloths that I use. They clean well in the dishwasher, although I do wipe out the cup to avoid coffee/tea staining. It cup warms up well and keeps my beverage hot longer. It is a great size, a perfect cup.

We decided it was time to purchase a set of "adult' cups to replace the faded ones we had gathered on our many travels. These fit the bill. Cups arrived very well packed. Bubble wrapped in a sturdy box. Inspection revealed zero flaws, even the bases are smoothed to prevent scratches to counters or tables. Finish is perfect and color is consistent on each cup. Large handles allow you to get a firm grip on the cup. However, this same design prevents these from being stacked. They are also a bit hefty, weighing in at 13 ounces (367g). But the large handle makes them pretty well balanced. Overall, nice cups. Should last a while.

Would love these in 14 ounce so they could take a full cup of coffee from my keurig

I did not like that two of the cups had defects/blemishes

I like the mugs but ..... bad customer service
