This chair is a great addition to my home office setup. It was super easy to assemble; all the parts and tools were clearly labeled, and I had it put together in no time without any hassle or extra help. After 10 years of using my old desk chair, it was time for a new one. I am very pleased with the quality, the comfort and the ease of assembly. It's very 'light' compared to my old chair, but it is still well built. I play guitar, and I like to sit in this chair when I'm rehearsing my songs. The fold up arms are very nice because they don't get in my way when I am playing my instrument. They easily flip down when I'm working on my computer and need to rest my arms. Would recommend this chair for your desk (at work or at home).

I will start with the assembly, everything was packed well to prevent shipping damage, it's nice that they put all fasteners in separate packing instead of a bag full of bolts and you have to guess where they go. Putting the chair together was moving quickly and I thought that the assembly was going to take less than one hour till I got to step 4 which almost sent me to 12 step program, one screw hole on the seat would not line up, I tried doing that one first, no go, I then put the other three screws in loosely and tried and there was no way that screw was going to line up(I think the pre drilled hole that the screw goes in was out of plumb, so I ended up with a screw head that sticks out about a 1/4". The chair is comfortable, the seat pad is firm, the back is good except the "lumbar support" which is just a piece of plastic that has the feel of sleeping on a fold out sofa bed with that bar sticking in your back, I am going to see if I can remove that piece and I think I will like that better. The seat goes very tall which is a big plus as I had trouble seeing some of my desktop equipment. I find the seat a little on the narrow side but I have been sitting in a big leather executive chair for the last 20 years, I'll get used to it, you can see I have a very small work area so the chair makes getting in and out much easier. If you have a under desk drawer for your keyboard the arm rest might get in the way, you will probably have to use it with the arm up. The casters seam smooth and roll well. Overall the chair is a good value and is much better for the long hours I am working unlike my last chair where I was leaning forward all the time. If your a larger frame person you might look at a larger chair, I am 180lbs and I fill out the chair, the seat could be a little deeper by 2" to 3"

This chair is perfect for long work sessions. The mesh backrest is highly breathable and provides excellent support without feeling stiff. The lumbar support is just right to keep your back straight. The seat cushion is comfortable and doesn't easily deform. Assembly is also simple; even one person can easily do it. The wheels glide smoothly and quietly on the floor. I've been using it for several weeks now, and it still feels like new.

I had to replace my old leather office chair so I picked this. It was easy to assemble and the chair seems sturdy, also I like that the chair tilts back so I also use this to relax. For the price and quality I think this is a 5 star.

This is a very small and uncomfortable chair. Probably the worst office chair I've even used. It's basically a folding chair with armrests. It's advertised to support 300lbs. I'm about 260lbs, and not very tall, so I figured this chair would be fine for me. But it's definitely not a chair for bigger folks. Aside from its small size, I just can't see this chair supporting 300lbs for long. This chair is not solidly built. It doesn't feel sturdy at all. It's made mostly of plastic. You can feel the backrest bending and skewing when you lean back. So eventually something will fatigue and break there. Thin plywood seat. Thin steel base. Just very cheaply made. And this chair it's just not comfortable at all to sit on. After a couple hours sitting your legs and back will be done. The seat is basically a flat square cut piece of foam, offering no support whatsoever. It feels like you're sitting on a folding chair. The lumbar support is just a piece of plastic that digs into your back. No cushioning there. The armrests are not long enough to be useful as armrests. And there's hardly any padding for the armrests. The chair doesn't lean back much at all. As other reviews mention, the chair kind of leans you forward. So, you can't really sit back and relax in this chair. That the armrests flip up is the only positive thing I can say about this chair. I will definitely be returning and getting something else.

I have had this office chair for 2 weeks, I assembled the chair by myself, it was easy for me to follow the instruction. I like the colour (black), there is no difference but just my preference. It's very comfortable and it supports my back for long hours sitting. Overall, its a great office chair with a reasonable price. I would strongly recommend this product to anymore who works from home or who has problem with back.

Initially I was a bit disappointed because the height adjustment handle in my chair was defected. I was unable to work comfortably as the chair was too low for my table. I had picked this chair after seeing how highly thousands of people had rated it. I would soon realize why. On the assembly instructions pamphlet was an email ID, which they asked the customer to reach out to if there was any defect with the product. I reached out to them and shared a video of how the handle was jammed. They immediately acknowledged the defect. I expected to undergo the hassle of dismantling the chair, packing it and carrying it to the nearest UPS to send it back to them/Amazon. I was truly surprised when I heard this from them - we are sending you a new chair. There is no need to return the old one. We take great pride in our customer experience. And so they did, within 2 days, I received a new one and this is working perfectly fine. About the chair , it has a wide comfortable base, great back support and above all, a trustable manufacturer.

The product got delivered on time. Assembly instructions were very clear and it took around 10 minutes to assemble it myself. This chair has got a good cushion and a solid back support. You can customize the height or the angle at which you want your backrest. It totally worth every penny I spent. Really happy with this chair so far.
