If you get sick keep a bag in your medicine cabinet..
Always use this whenever I feel like a cold is starting and it usually stops the symptoms after the second day. I highly recommend people keep a bag of these around.

Only four stars because for all I know it could be a placebo. Yes there is science behind zinc as a binder to certain viruses. That’s why I take them. But who knows if I was going to succumb to all the symptoms. This is my relatively inexpensive precaution.
