I like prints that work right the first time. I could have saved money with an off-brand, but I appreciate that everything works as I expect it to. It was easy to replace the old cartridge. I appreciate that instructions and shipping labels are provided for returning the spent cartridge. I appreciate the environmental benefit of recycling, as well as the fact that it doesn't take any extra effort on my part besides popping the old cartridge into the new cartridge's box and dropping it off at a UPS pickup point (or scheduling a pickup).

I have to purchase OEM for my laser printer. Any other toner cartridges cause an issue with my firmware. Because the cost of toner is so expensive I have to do my research. Other sites offer slightly lower costs but if you are like me, you wait until you absolutely have to buy it unless I can get it for a really low price then I stock up. This toner is double capacity and unless you are running 1K print jobs per day it will last a long time over a year actually. I typically print 1-5 pages per day.

Won’t use anything but real HP toners in my printer. The X is the extra capacity and it lasts very long. Love it on average it lasts me like 1.5-2yrs

I really am not excited about giving this product 5 stars. It is so blasted expensive...they know it, and I know it. But I tried 3 other "top rated" replacement cartridges on Amazon, and they all were two to three stars at best. Faded colors, streaks, leakage, inaccurate reports, etc. This HP cartridge does a perfect job. It makes me bitter. Its black is black. No streaks, no leakage, proper reporting of levels, etc. It is a wonderful replacement and I should have just trusted HP all along. We are a homeschool family, and we print a TON of documents. We cannot afford our printer to be out of ink or working improperly. Once this has been installed I have ZERO complaints and by golly, the documents do look good. Thanks HP, but please...lower your price!
