My indoor cats made an escape for a bird catching adventure. The only souvenir they brought back were fleas. These traps were amazing to catch some of the fleas while I wrangled Soresto collars onto the cats to stop the life cycle of these buggers. They continued to help me monitor when the siege was over. They are also good for catching other insects in the house. Apparently I had a fair amount of small spiders and a few knats and moths. I placed them under in my living room under side tables, and a recliner. I placed another near the entry door. I also put a trap in my bedroom and home office, both places cats aren't allowed, but where fleas could get tracked. They did catch a few in the off limits areas. Installation/replacement are super easy. I tried a batch of knock off sticky sheets. They were no where near as effective. If a flea jumps on the Terro sheet they are stuck. These are more expensive, but totally worth it.

I bought it expecting at least some level of effectiveness based on the claims, but after using it as directed, it failed to make any meaningful difference. The biggest issue is that it simply does not catch fleas. Even when placed in areas where flea activity was known to exist, the trap produced little to no results. The light turns on, the unit powers up, but that’s about where the usefulness ends. After days of operation, there was no noticeable reduction in flea activity and barely anything captured, if anything at all. The design feels more gimmicky than practical. While the idea of using light and a sticky pad sounds good in theory, in real-world use it doesn’t seem to attract fleas effectively. Fleas clearly preferred hosts, carpets, and furniture rather than this trap sitting nearby. For something marketed specifically as a flea killer, it fails at its core purpose. Refill pads are another downside. Since the trap isn’t catching much to begin with, the idea of buying refills just adds insult to injury. You end up paying more for a system that doesn’t deliver results, which makes it a poor value overall. Build quality is also unimpressive. It feels lightweight and plasticky, and nothing about it suggests durability or thoughtful engineering. It feels like a night light with a sticky pad rather than a serious pest control tool. Didn't attract any fleas that I could see but did take care of a lot of spiders. Probably should throw one in the basement and let it stay on for a few weeks then replace the pad.

Starts working quick, right out of the box. By the end of the day it had double digits stick. Kills them quick, when they stick they stick. Super easy and effective before fogging with gasses.

I recently adopted a 3 month feral, straight out of my yard. He has fleas, no doubt about it, but I can't apply a flea treatment because he won't let me touch him yet. I hoped this would help along with capstar to keep the flea population relatively under control. But it didn't catch a single one. Not one flea, not even a fruit fly or gnat or spider. I would love to boast on how clean I keep the house, but I know it's not an absence of bugs. I touched the light bulb and it doesn't feel that hot at all, so not sure if my product is defective or it just doesn't work in general. It sucks, because the Terro baits for ants do work wonders, so I had high hopes for this one.

With multiple cats fleas in our home can be a huge issue. These traps are vital in our home to help keep fleas under control with no poisons, no harsh chemicals. Bonus other small bugs are attracted also. Highly recommend using them.

We got 3 to help with the fleas in our house from our cats. We were shocked by how many fleas were on them after a couple days of leaving them plugged in. They, along with some essential oils, helped to get rid of the fleas naturally. They also catch spiders and other bugs. We are very happy with them.

for what it was it does work fantastically... problem was life on the light bulb was only 2 hours. now i'll heave to head out and search for a similar light bulb which emits heat which defeats the purpose of this Trap kit. the glue paper continues to trap Fleas which is great

Seems to work well. Only tracks the immediate area, so you need to move it around. Its an intense light so works like a night lite. Defiantly works and helps kill fleas.
