Take every night, works amazing for restless legs or tired legs after a long shift in medical field. I forgot to reorder and missed 2 nights doses til my order came in, I kept waking up all night with my legs hurting. Now I'm on subscription so I don't run out again.

Was looking all over for this dose. Could not find locally. Only con-one of the gels broke and all of the remaining pills were covered. That was annoying but they still worked.
