Will this fit on a 2017 manual Subaru crosstrek?

The brake and clutch likely will but the accelerator is a one peice unit that will require the WRX or STI assembly

how do you install the clutch pedal cover/brake pedal cover? it seems that you should be able to slide it on then push the top in. having trouble.

I struggled with this as well. Heat up the rubber backing a little and then take a thin screw driver to take the top lip of the cover and shift it over the pedal. If I recall the cover slides on from the bottom and then you have to get the top of the cover over the lip of the pedal. While the cover has ben slid over the pedal insert the screw driver under the lip on the cover and work it over the pedal, this is easier if the cover is warm. Hope that helps.
