I enjoy using supplement add it too drinks and feel I get some benefits as it's much easier to drink green, some people may find the taste hard but I just down it quickly.

It doesn’t taste great, not that this is really expected with GOOD green smoothies. It’s not full of sugar, the focus is on nutrition and that makes it perfect for me. I blend this with fresh fruit, or with a little bit of protein shake.

Quality seems high, taste is great (if you like the earthy taste) but for me it’s great. Forget the 21 billion mixed super greens as you not getting a good amount of product for your buck. This stuff is healthy and minimal which is what nature intended. One of my daily’s and will be for the future

Ho provato questo mix di supergreens che include spirulina, chlorella, erba d'orzo e erba di grano, e si è rivelato un vero tesoro nutrizionale. Il mix ha un sapore erbaceo intenso, la spirulina presenta un gusto marino e salato che non mi entusiasma per niente perciò aggiungo curcuma, pepe nero e olio extravergine d'oliva: la curcuma bilancia il sapore oltre al fatto che ha molti benefici per il corpo, il pepe migliora l'assorbimento della curcumina e l'olio facilita l'assorbimento dei nutrienti. Consumo questo mix appena sveglia, mescolato con acqua, per una rapida assunzione. Dopo aver integrato questo mix nella mia routine, ho notato un aumento dell'energia. Ho deciso di consumarlo soprattutto per il suo potere detossificante, in particolare grazie alla spirulina e alla chlorella, che aiutano a pulire il fegato eliminando tossine e metalli pesanti. La spirulina è una buona fonte di ferro, mentre la chlorella supporta il sistema immunitario. L'erba d'orzo e l'erba di grano offrono antiossidanti e supporto alla digestione. Questo mix è ricco di proteine, vitamine (A, C, E, K), minerali (ferro, calcio, magnesio) e antiossidanti. È importante che chi ha carenze di ferro, come me, beva il caffè almeno 1-2 ore dopo l'assunzione di questo mix, poiché la caffeina può interferire con l'assorbimento del ferro. Ho anche notato miglioramenti sulla mia pelle, che appare più luminosa e idratata. Consiglio vivamente questo mix di supergreens a chi cerca di migliorare la propria salute in modo naturale.

Endlich ein Pulver ohne Süßstoff. Ich mische es mit Obstsaft, kein Problem geschmacklich. Ich kann noch kein Urteil über den gesundheitlichen Aspekt abgeben, ist nach 3 Wochen noch zu früh.

I don't have a lab where I can investigate the quality of the products. I have my body to examine it and my subjective yet critical mass to do research. I through all my purchases away because the weatgrass tasted bad and different than the other brand called Purasana but especially the 1kg of hemp powder didn't have me the energizing feeling I have from my normal protein shakes. After researching on trustreview, I got a kind of confirmation of this feeling by other consumers who pointed out the misleading approach of this Seven hill company. That most of the bio products didn't come from EU but China. I don't know 100% that these facts are true but it confirmed my own experience.
