My wife was lucky if she got 5 hours of sleep at night before we discovered Pharma Z. She would wake up several times a night and was easy to wake as well. We tried just about every natural sleep aid there is, and nothing worked. I use Psycho Pharma's Far Beyond Driven energy/fat burning supplement (also FANTASTIC, but I digress) so when I discovered they had something to help you sleep, I figured I had to give it a try. Man am I glad I did. It's some of the best money we've ever spent, and it has become essential to my wife's health and well being. I couldn't recommend it more. A literal life changer for us.

was not at all impressed with this. Let me preface that I am a 41 year old male, I have little experience with nootropics with exception of supplementing with things like ashwagandha. Considering this brand and hearing good things from other people, I thought this pharma z might just be the trick to jump start my day and life. Well for starters I used the 3 pills as instructed. I then started to take 6 pills. I did this a couple weeks with absolutely no results. I felt nothing. Towards the end, I started to exceed the 6 pill recommendation, and still nothing. Placebo? bad ingredients? no idea. But think this might be the nail in the coffin for me, regarding these products. They simply do not work.

I’ve purchased PsychoPharma products in the past from this Amazon seller. The products and service have always been top-notch so I decided to give this product a try. I was pleasantly surprised after taking two capsules that I felt focused and relaxed. So the next day I decided to try four capsules after a long stressful day and in 30 minutes I felt unbelievably better. I will definitely buy this product again. Great job!

GABA is supposed to help nighttime leg cramps and in the beginning, these pills offered amazing relief. Unfortunately though, I seemed to develop a resistance to them within about a week of nightly use. Now they only make me mildly sleepy but no other benefit. Will not buy again.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but I can tell these supplements have had a positive effect on me. When I take them before bed, I have a much more constant sleep than normal, and these are great to have during the day when things get a little rough. I feel like I'm at school lunch the day before summer break, its such an easy-going feeling.

Amazing. I've never slept deeper. Gave some to my wife and co worker to make sure it wasn't a placebo lol. I've tried many different supplements to sleep and relax more thoroughly and nothing has compared to this product. It doesn't make you drowsy, but when asleep, it's deep and refreshing.

They was very understanding of product not working for me. However other products from them worked. Great customer support will continue to do business.

I don't feel like this supplement calms me down at all but it could be the fact that the packaging sends me into a state of anxiety.
