I always keep these on hand because they really work if you use them consistently. I try to take them at the first sign of a cold or whenever my immune system feels low, and I’m so glad I found them. The flavor is good as well.

Zinc Zinc Zinc. It WORKS!!! Suck on these at the beginning of a cold, don't chew. It's effective. Has worked for me for over 50 years.

I have bought these for decades at Walmart. And then for some reason they stopped carrying them. When you feel about tickle in the back of your throat and no a cold is coming on, you have to have these handy. Never use the zinc products that tell you to chew them! They just don't work well. The zinc has to be absorbed in your mucous membranes as in your cheeks!
