Mealthy Cooker is awesome, My wife is very happy to handle it she got freedom from old whistling cooker which use to spill over on the whistling,she's free to do lot more work in less time & above all their service support is far exllent

WORST QUALITY PRODUCT AND SERVICE. PLEASE DONT BUY AND BECOME A FOOL LIKE ME
POOR CUSTOMER AFTER SALES SERVICE: I am getting an error message when I switch on my mealthy multipot. The sound is off too. I am having a hard time contacting your customer service team. A 100 phone calls and not a single response. I purchased #mealthymultipot in Oct 2021 for 11,000 rupees. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED because of spending too much on #mealthymultipot because it did not function well a bare minimum of 1 year and also the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was asked to keep my pot packed and the labels will be shared by your team. My #mealthymultipot is packed but your team did not share labels. #mealthyindia team mentioned that they will send someone to my place to take back the #mealthymultipot and repair it. Again, nobody from #mealthyindia contacted me. Customer service team of #mealthymultipot #mealthyindia are switching off their phones and deliberately not answering my calls. PLEASE CONTACT ME. This is UNPROFESSIONAL at #mealthymultipot #mealthyindia to treat your customers this way.Update: they took my Mealthy multipot three weeks back. I have not received any update despite following them. They are least bothered to answer your call and lie saying they cannot hear you. I reiterate this is the worst service. PLEASE DO NOT BUY MEALTHY MULTIPOT OR ANY OF MEALTHY PRODUCTSUpdate 2. I got back my product in the same condition as I sent. Their customer service team has not even made an effort to open the package let alone resolve my issue. What a waste of time, energy and money. Please do yourself a favour by not buying anything from mealthy.
