do you know if theses are available in OD green or woodland camp?

Currently these are only available in Tan 499 to match Army/Air Force OCP uniforms. Custom colors such as OD green are possible but will require minimums for custom production runs. -TimSpec Engineering

Are these iron on or need to be sewn?

Actually, neither - they have Velcro Brand hook fasteners on the back side, so they attach directly on the loop on the arms of OCP uniforms without ironing or sewing!
